dented door of new refrigerator & broken rack
----- COMPLAINT TO DEHRADUN CUSTOMER CARE CENTER
Subject -: About Exploitation, negligence & not attending of complaints by customercare haridwar .
Model - Whirlpool professional, Deluxe, 340 litres, FF 35B/2009
Sir,
I Purchased the Refrigerator Model no - FF 35B/2009, groos volume - 340 litres on 14 / 10 / 09 as per Invoice no - 30881 & Receipt no - 52388 Dated 14th oct 2009 from TRISHUL AGENCIES, JWALAPUR, HARIDWAR . The Refrigerator was dispatched by DEALER TRISHUL AGENCIES to our home . After opening the Refrigerator, It was noticed that that the upper Rack on which Bottles are placed was found Broken & front type cover exactly below the freezer was found broken . The Dents were found on Front Door which was also noticed by service engineer . Immediately the complaint was given to Dealer TRISHUL AGENCIES 4 - 5 times between November - December 2009 . No response came after the complaints on the telephone & directly visiting the Dealers shop. No Service Engineer arrived to attend the complaint . We repeatedly telephoned to TRISHUL AGENCIES regarding this complaint, but no response came .They are not showing us the registers on which they registers the complaints . The Service Engineer name ANKIT visited on date 17.06.10, He registered the complaint of Door Defect & broken rack . But after that no response came till the month of july 2010 .After we had telephonic conversation with the customercare, they registered the complaint on date 21.07.10 and give us the coplaint no DNO 710002097, on which basis, The Person ANKIT from the service center visited on 23.07.10 but after that no response came . Again we started with telephonic conversation with service center Incharge HARISH who denied to attend the complaint . He told us to give the record of complaint of Month of DEC which was registered by TRISHUL AGENCIES then only we will attend the complaint . The TRISHUL AGENCIES PERSON says that our registers are missing . We have been exploited by service center HARIDWAR incharge - HARISH & TRISHUL AGENCIES . Their Intention regarding attending of complaint is not good . From the beginning they are misguiding us .
They are destroying the image of the company . Please attend & solve our complaint . We are suffering from since long period of time .
If our complaints were not attended then we will go to CONSUMER FORUM for doing the case & matter will also published in the news paper .

No response when contacted
We had registered a complaint in machine malfunction on 29.09.09 and finally the so called service engineer visited us on 06.10.09. He said the bearing is damaged and special tools are required for it, within two days his team will come and replace. Till 19.10.09 no response when contacted same story again a new complaint a new face and!!!

Within one month of purchase machine started giving problems
I had purchased the appliance three years back and got company service only once that too after requesting for so many times.Within one month of purchase machine started giving problems.We got the service fifteen days after lodging the complaint. The dealer did not even treat us well when we went to purchase the machine.We were not given the warranty card which they were supposed to give during delivery of machine.Now the dealer is not ready to respond after complaining for many times.The machine is not working for so many days but no service is been provided.

Avoid at all costs
1 I had complained about a vibration problem on 10-07-09.The service eng came on the same day and told us that the tub needs to be replaced and it wold be done the next day
2 I was later called and told that the machine needs to be sent to the service center and would be repaired in a couple of days
3 When I would call up initially I was told that the PART ie motherboard had to come from Pondicherry...thus the delay
4On contacting your Gurgaon office, the kompally office then called and told me that the machine was repaired but under observation.they promised to send it in three days
5.I was hopeful as they called.They called up again to say that it would take two more days.
6 As there was no call and machine after two days, I checked I was told that the internal wiring had developed some problem so it would take another three days.
7 Yesterday again there was no call and no machine...
8 Today I am being told that the part ie the motherboard needs to be replaced...

Zero business ethics, poor response time, worst service
I purchased whirlpool washing machine from Girias Electronics, Hosur road branch. That is the biggest mistake I have made, It is not only poor in service, and delivaries but also they havent provided the mixie which I am supposed to get along with the machine till date even after the purchase of two weeks. I suggest every one never to deal with Girias because of zero business ethics, poor response time, worst service.

While using Whirlpool washing machine some burn spots appear on the clothes
I have purchased a washing machine. While using it some burn spots appear on the clothes. A heavy loss has been inflicted upon me. I was asked to register a complaint with the customer care No:39004321. I called the number but no one is picking the phone. I could not get any other number. The position is that I can not even lodge a complaint.

After 1 and half month, the power board of the machine was spoiled
I purchased that machine in July. After 1 and half month, the power board of the machine was spoiled and from that time machin is not working. After making so many calls, once the service representative from the company came and replace that faulty board with the old one. On the same day, the machine got stuck with the same problem. After that, there is no responce form the company or Next Belapur show room from where we purchased the machine. Now we are suffering from this problem from almost 2 months.

My washing machine is not working and I am facing lots of difficulties and extra expenditure
On 30-08-08 my whashing machine suddenly stopped working while it was under warranty of one year. I lodged a complain regarding it to the customer care of the whirlpool having complain ref no BG0808009132. Till date I am listening from them that Mr Rajkumar will visit to repair the washing machine. But no one visited till now. My washing machine is not working and I am facing lots of difficulties and extra expenditure.

The new fridge purchased by me was causing noise while opening and closing the door. on inspection service personnel could found no solution and the cap at the top was broken and door was separated. On complaint door was replaced, but the sound continued. Again inspection and again the cap was broken. No reply yet from the company

Stay away from Whirlpool India
I contacted the whilpool service centre for the repairs of my washing machine which is under service contract. They collected it on 5th September 2000. On 9the they said it is ready, please make the payment and it will be delivered to your home. I made the payment as per their bill and till today they are not returning my machine. I contacted several tmes their call centre and each time they said it will be deliverd today and gave certain other false excuses but never returned my machine. I am facing difficult situation at home without the machine. When they have taken their payment in full why they are not briging may machine though they have also charged me for transportation. Their call centre is a hug of liers who only make excuses and do not cake proper care of customers. In my openion people should no buy Whrilpool products to save themselves from tye harrasement of their service centres.
Though they offer a service contract and charge us for the same and afterwards that whatever your machine requires replacement does not cover under the service contract.
