Non rectification of fault
I have a 220 liter double door refrigerator from Whirlpool. I have other goods like AC, fully automatic washing machine from this company too. I also have all these products under AMC, my customer id is: 367961.
For last 3 months I have been calling the company consistently since the water trey is broken, every time I am told it will be done in next 2-3 days.
3 months damn it... what have I paid AMC charges for?
INDIA, the lax country...no system in place..if there is system no one is following it.
Can Whirlpool give this kind of shitty service in a advanced country?

Customer service and faulty item
We bought a Refrigerator from (KK Sales Allahabad) that fridge never worked and when ever you call customer service no one bother to take any action this people are happy to take money but in service do ever ask them ... I don't know why Kajol and Ajay supporting this product will give -10000000000000000 rating to this product.

Poor service!
I have a side by side ref about 2 yrs. old. icemaker stopped working. Repairman told me to take it out and bring it to him and he would repair it. After I removed it I discovered the ice tray had a coating on it that was chipping or falling off, and I thought that was in my ice that I have been using. My ice has been contaminated for who knows how long. There should be a recall on this product Whirlpool must not care about what they do to anyones health.

Very bad experience!
Bought 250 ltr fridge. Started giving problems very soon after it was purchased. Keep calling their service desk and there are no one to responds. The experience has been so bad that I have no option but to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

Problems with washing machine

I bought FP 65 in April 25 2007 its not working properly due to some spinning problem. I have made complaint twice but still i am getting same problem. Please kindly look into this matter.

Worst after sales service
The whirlpool company i think is a cheater company which cheats its customers through so called whirlpool magic.They are the worst when it comes to service.They are only into getting visiting fees for engineers and leaving the customers to fend for themselves as they never rectify the problem.I had a small problem of my whirlpool 215 elite model door hinge broken. i complaint to 27 aug 2007 on whirlpool call center giving specifics of my door problem. when their engineer came he said that he was just told that there was some problem in refrigerator and he had come to know what was the problem and then demanded the visiting fees. when told why not i give it after it is made , he said then wait till it is made .you can never get it in the market.he used in most abusive language.when contacted to his service center they again told lies.that it be made but till date no one has informed that when it is going to be made or when the engineer visit. the worst refrigerator of the world is Whirlpool.

Poor appliances services!
I ordered service just after beginning of June 2007 .45 days and 9 appointments latter my microwave oven is still not working Technicians are very poor informed about this appliances. I one occasion I was told me as a owner "If you don't know to remove the microwave then I will live because I never serviced this kind of appliance". Another occasion I was told to hire professional electrician because is some problem with my power supply. I am in process with store where i bought the appliance to get help because at this point i have no idea where to get some help. I called to the factory and they told me they need from service technician to tel them the microwave is not reparable and than I will be qualified for replacement. Will never happened because the technicians they are not ready to give up they want to give them more chances. So far they been for the same problem 9 times. By the warranty agreement after 3 repairs for the same problem I am in title for replacement. The argument also from the factory is also the microwave was never repaired so they have to fix it first second and third time to be in title for replacement. 9 times for the same problem to them is counted as only one because repair was not done yet. I am wandering if they will never figure out the problem I will ever be in title for replacement?

Disgusting service by whirlpool!
I have regd a complaint wrt my Washing machine not working on july 24 with the service center. Till today i have no response from the company.Their motto is ' we care we are always there'. But there is a complete lack of responsibility from them after have charged us for the annual service package.
Completelt fed up with the lack of any answers from their company representatives. Am told i am waiting for a PCB for more than 15 days. The manager Prasad says he is unaware of the problem till now and cannot answer for the 15 days i have waited.

Whirpool products - AVOID like the plague
I have 2 whirpool air conditioners and 1 refrigerator. My experience with the company's products and esp their service has been so bad that I would never purchase any Whirlpool product again. The products started developing faults in the first year of purchase itself and have not stopped since!
The customer service staff could not care less. It takes at least 10 different calls before the fault gets repaired - after a string of broken commitments and follow ups. The product quality is pathetic and so is their after sales service.
