i purchased a washing machine and paid for it to be installed. i am a single person so it had not been misused or overused when i called for my first repair 2 weeks ago..the repairman said as a result of the improper installation..motor fell out bottom of machine due to not being attached properly inside appliance, the machine had to be repaired as it was..i left town for 2 weeks use the machine last weekend and water is pouring out everywhere ...now i am fed up with sears i have another repair appt scheduled for nest monday and of course another bill of 129.00. bottom line i have had a washing machine for over 10 years prior to this purchase that still worked i just wanted to be more energy concious..i feel ripped off by sears, even though i have bought every appliance from sears in this lifetime i am disappointed by the shoddy service leading up to the damage and nonfuntioning washer..

I have purhase the whirlpool washing maching white magic FSAH651 on 23.11.2010 . Since than i am facing regular breakdown problem with this w/machine . W/mACHINE is giving frequent breakdowm problem . There is lot of vibration in the machine which has resulted that m/c has fallen also and damage the bathroom. The cleaning of cloth is not as promised by the supplier at the time of purchase. I had lodges complanits almost 5-6 times .
Thing is that i am totally fed from this machine . Day before yesterday, i have lodge the SB1110006740 but till now no has appeared.

I posted a complaint earlier about our Whirlpool microwave catching on fire while cooking popcorn. I forgot to attach the picture... so here it is. It's a good thing that our 11 year old son wasn't using the microwave to cook popcorn after coming home from school because he would have panicked and the house would have burned down. Our model was a built-in with trim kit, etc. We had to unscrew everything before we could take it out to the garage.

We contacted Whirlpool and they sent out a local factory trained technician to investigate. He says that the magnetron was faulty. That was a couple of days ago. Still haven't heard back from Whirlpool. So... I'm researching on the internet to find others who have had this unbelievably exciting experience.

Oh, by the way, the microwave was set on the "sensor cook" mode for popcorn. It works really well... usually... or, until it catches on fire.

At least a month and a half has gone by and I am still waiting for a refund from Whirlpool. I have called several times and each time I am assured that my refund request has been submitted. I have also contacted the company by email two or three times but have gotten no response whatsoever, even though it says on their website that they will respond within 3 days. I should not have to wait almost two months to receive a refund, especially since the charge is on my credit card and incurring interest charges in the meantime! (The charge was only for a water filter but the point is either I am being jerked around or their customer service ***!)

I have been in my new house (first occupant-new appliances) when mydishwasher went out. AHS sent out Sears to repair. They had to order a part which took a month. When they installed the part, I now have a black and white dishwasher. All other appliances are white. When I called they told me that my contract says they have a right to replace with any color. I assumed that meant with replacing an entire appliance. I asked "would you want a black door and a white door on a two door refrigerator?" I was then scheduled another appointment with Sears so that they can come and check it out. I took off work ($479.00 daily rate) and no one showed up. When I called, they told me that AHS cancelled the appointment. I was not notified. So I not only have a mix-matched appliance, I also lost a days pay which was enough to buy another dishwasher.
