To Whom IT May Concern (CEO),
I have called on numerous occasion that my washer doesn't work. They have picked up and brought a loaner and that one was having the same problems. My washer has been taken five times. They have did nothing about it. Every time I said I will call the CEO because the manager has got smart with me they said that they would bring one out all I have to is pick one out and I picked one out and I'm still getting the run around. Yes I have been late with some of my payment but I ususally put a big amount on it and then wait and come back late. But they have gotten their payment. I guess because I'm black my business don't count. I'm am asking you to fine out for me what is the next step. I will put it in the paper how I have been treated. I will email this to Magic Johnson since he response to all my emails of how we are being treated in this Moreno Valley Store. I have alway been nice to them and I think I deserve the same kind of treatment if I was one of the white customers. I have always like Rent of Center and I shouldn't have to take my business out side the city I live in.
