free trial and was overcharged without notic

Unclear Commitment
The company's website indicates you can get a 15 day "FREE TRIAL" of their product. The way the statement is written it is a free sample of their teeth whitening product. Included in their website is a statement which indicates unless to contact them within 15 days after the transaction you are obligated to pay a monthly fee for their product.
Since the product takes about 5 days to get to your house and by their own indication it will take 2 weeks or longer to evaluate the effectiveness of their product, you are not even given enough time to determine whether it will work for you or not.
While the company's business practices are not legal fraud, they certainly could be considered deceptive and unfair business practices.
My advice is to not do business with this company unless you fully understand what you are getting into.

Unauthorized Charges on my Child Support card
My name is Kenya Jones from 801 Brunswick Village #A-18 Trenton, NJ 08638 609-396-2364 (h) 609-331-3616 (c) and i never authorized this company or any other company to charge my credit card for not one not two but three different times for one product! My child support card is what i use to take care of my children and now i cant even feed my kids or get school things for them to start school. WHY? Because Whitening Brites has taken my money and i'm OUTRAGED! One charge was for $1.00, Two $4.99, Three $88.97 like what the f#$k? I never recieved whatever it is they claim was delivered on August 15th and whatever it is that cost my kids not to be able to eat or even start school, S@#t I DONT WANT IT AND I NEVER ORDERED IT AND PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!

I didn't sign up for a membership and don't want to get monthly charges.
I have received the free trial and have not used it yet. I don't wish to get monthly shipments and charges to my credit card.

Charged for two sent one
Placed order for one Whiteningbrites, $4.95, did not receive first shipment and they charged for second shipment $88.97. Only received one Whiteningbrites need a credit on my credit card ofr $88.97. Thank-You

Unauthorized Charges
I want to cancel this product. I did not know that I would be charged $88.97 every month. I just ordered a trial package and nothing more. Please discontinue immediately and cancel all charges and refund my credit card. I need a return document number so that I can send your product back.

no response regarding my wanting to return my item and receive a refund
I have attempted several times to receive a response so that I can return the product that I do not want and that has Not been opened and cannot receive a response. This is not right as they charged me $88.00 for this product that I did not even use. As far as the original
supposed free trial...I sent this back "Return to sender' as soon as I received it and of course the company states that they never received it which is basically impossible since it was still in THEIR package. I would be happy to return this at my cost so that I can receive a refund for the amount that I have spent. I also have tried to recoop a charge of $9.89 for a product that I did not approve that was supposedly through Whiteningbrites! Please respond !

did not order product.
I recieved my sample whitening tube, come to find out I was later charged 88.97, I never ordered the product. Please stop the order and reverse charges to my account. If I wanted to order your product further I would have called and ordered it. The product itself didn't work, the trays hurt my mouth and were extremely uncomfortable. I want a full refund.
