scam
First of all, I get paid every two weeks. This is pay day for me. I'm on the internet. I order the whitening brites, It's only $1.95 to try for 14 days. I get the package 4 days later. You would think the 14 day trial period wouldn't begin until after you receive the product. wrong!!! It starts the day you order it. I didn't know this until my next pay day, exactly 14 days later. I call them to cancel. They inform me that I can't call & cancel, I have to do it over the internet. Even though this makes the 14th day that I ordered it, $88.97 was coming off of my card. Then there was another $10.00 for something else I have no idea about. Actually, I only had the product 10 days and got charged. I never used the product and sent it back. This happened in June 2009. It's August 2009, and I'm still waiting on my money. Now I got all kinds of company's calling me everyday for 14 day free trial offers. One company offering $200 free gas. The women on the phone saying, you don't want the free gas? I don't want a free trial period nothing. NOTHINGS free. I got GOT once!!! Never again. My name is Tonya Cooper and I'm from Athens, Georgia.

Monthly charges without consent
This company did the same thing to me. Three months ago I purchase the product sample with a charge of $4.99 for shipping. Within the last week I have recieved charges of $88.97 to my Mastercard. I have not requested or recieved and products. As a result of all of this I apparently got a online product through Axis Wellness because of this "subscription trial". They have also removed anuthorized monies of $9.99 from my bank account. Today I cancelled what ever trial I was supposed to have signed up for. I am requesting my monies of $88.97 refunded to my account.

REFUND
I ORDERED THE 14 DAY TRIAL FOR $4.99. I DID NOT REALIZE THAT YOU HAD TO CALL AND CANCEL. THAT WAS UNITL I RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD BILL AND WAS CHARGES $88.97. I CALLED AND THEY HAD TOLD ME THAT YOU COULD ONLY CANCEL THROUGH EMAIL WHICH I DID. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD ONLY REFUND 39.99 AND I TOLD THEM THAT NOT EXCEPTABLE. I SENT THE PRODUCT BACK AND WAS NEVER REFUNDED. SO IN THE MEAN TIME I HAD GONE OVER MY CREDIT CARD LIMIT WITH AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $39.00. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS PAYMENT AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I AM A SINGLE MOM AND I LIVE FROM PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM AND RIP OFF. HOW CAN THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS???????????

dissatisfied with product
I was sent a sample for 4.99. I was not aware you were going to charge my account $88.97. I have not even used the sample. I would like my account to be refunded the 88.97 and my membership cancelled. I tried to cancel on June 16th and you sent me a confirmation saying you canceled my account but I never got a refund. I would appreciated it very much.

Billing charge card without consent
I ordered the start-up kit of Whitening Brites, and was charged more than $88.00 for additional product that I didn't request. I called and cancelled any further shipments, and am expecting a full refund! I can see that I'm not the only one that was scammed!! What a disgrace that your company relies on cheating people for your benefit, as opposed to promoting your product on pure satisfaction of your customers! I hope to see my full refund soon, so I will have no need to take this complaint any further...thanks!

unduly charges submitted to credit card
This is a total scam. I want to be reimbursed of the $88.97 and the axes wellness portal $9.99 (for two months). I did not authorize any of charges shown. If refunds are not forthcoming I will report this to the better business bureau.
