I went online to try a free sample and all I was supposed to pay for was shipping and handling. When I received the product I read that I had two weeks to examine this miniscule tube and then I was going to be charged 69.99 plus tax and shipping and in addition they had signed me up for two other products with the same gimmick. I immediately called and told them to STOP sending the product and to CANCEL sending me anything in the future. I was told this had been taken care of and that if I returned the product promptly my money would be refunded promptly. I mailed their package back the next day. So far I have received two more packages from them and those two have been returned but they keep debiting my account.

I went online for a free trial offer for this product and found that I was going to be billed for the shipping, no information was given on how to cancel this product from being shipped in the future or the cost which turns our to be $88.97. Then in reviewing my credit card bill I come to find out that I have also been signed up for a Axis Wellness Portal which I never signed up for and that was billed to my credit card for and additional $9.99 that was not disclosed. Upon contacting this company I was told that I need to email them to cancel future products being shipped and that the $9.99 fee was for an online wellness websit that I have not received access to or instructions on how to access this site. I asked to return the unused product shipped for $88.97 for a refund/credit as I did not use the product. I have not received any information on how to do that or if I return the product if I will be credited for it.
