Bogus charges
This company starts out... with a trial free offer...ripping you off. I was not told about a $1.00 charge to verify my account then they overcharged me for the shipping. I cancelled this right away and recommend that if you read any of the complaints listed, you don't even start with this scamming company.

charged & did not cancel when requested
I ordered a trial sample of whiteningbrites. Before trial period was up, I received a second product. My credit card was billed: $4.99 + $1.00 and $88.99 + $4.99. I requested that my credit card be adjusted for these amounts and to cancel future deliveries never received a reply even though it indicated that a response would be received from the company within 2 days. I called a number listed on the insert and was told that I had to fill in the online form because requests for cancelling were not handeled over the phone. I have heard nothing.

charged without permission
I ordered only the trail sample--a man called me on my phone number I had listed and I told him I was only interested in the trial offer, I was out of town when it came. When I picked my mail up after two weeks I did not immediately open package. By that time I had already been chrg. for another month. I have been given the one around trying to cancel this order.I wish I had never replied to your order. Please tell me how to return the products.

Visa Card charged without permission
I only ordered a small trial package, and then was billed for 2 months' supply. I never gave permission for my credit card to be billed, and I never kept any of the products. I need you to refund the 88.97 times two. Thank-you. Gloria Miller

want money refunded to my charge account
I was not satisfied with the free sample I received, I called to cancel my subscription to this product and requested a refund of the charges that were put onto my credit card.
