Scam
This company claims to give a "free 14 day trial" of tooth whitening product, however the 14 day period begins when you order and not when you actually get the product. They initially charge yo a nominal shipping fee. I received the product about 10 days after ordering and tried the product. I had an allergic reaction to it and cancelled all further orders within what I thought was the 14 day trial period. I spoke to a young lady who cheerfully assured me she would cancel the order and stop all further billing-NOT. I was billed 78.93 anyway, Funny I never received the second shipment of product...When I called a second and third time to cancel and to confirm the cancellation, I was told they could not refund the 78.93 charge or stop the future billings due to statements hidden the 20 pages of terms and conditions. They told me "Nothing is ever free, mam." and" if I had carefully studied their terms I would have known" that the "free 14 day trial" with the cancellation option was false.

This website makes it's money by deceiving customers about their trial period & product
This website makes it's money by deceiving customers about their trial period & product. I received the product AFTER the trial period, & then was told I had to pay (for a inferior product that didn't deliver) because I missed the trial period. Be aware- the USPS is a 3rd party delivery which isn't on time & you will receive this late, or the company will charge your credit card that day, but send it late, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY. In addition, PayPal is a "merchant friendly" credit company - NOT a CUSTOMER ADVOCATE. They will take months to "review" a dispute, and make you pay in the mean time.
BEWARE OF THESE COMPANIES AND WHAT YOU ORDER!!!
