no address to return goods 3months charged for non ordered goods
requested one sample of whitesmilepen which arrived this was followed by several more pens and alsoteethtray kits that Iknew nothing about there was no return addresss on any package.Ithen found that myamazon.co.uk master card was beng chared in excess of £50.Iwill happily return the goods when told where to.Iwould also request monies should be re embursed immediately.Dawn Bishop

fraudulent charges
In November contacted by sales associate for free sample with 2.95 shipping charge almost 90 dollars they assured me they had canceled it . Again charged 90 for their garbage. Called AND CANCELED MY CREDIT CARD hopefully that is the end of it is their a class action lawsuit against theese unsrupuloeus swindlers.

I ordered the whitesmilepen one time and payed with my credit card and now I have received another one, not wanting it. I just received my statement and they charged my credit card 84.00 I am very mad, now I have to see what i can do about this.

Scam promotion
Offered a promo through Metro (I think it was) and then next thing £56.63 and £57.68 are charged to PayPal account! No authorisation. Product jink - worth 30p each I reckon. PayPal won't cancel/block

unauthorized withdrawal of money
i ordered a whitesmilepen following a link i found online whilst reasearching something else. since then they have been regularly taking large amounts from my credit card and sending silly little pens from time to time. it was clear from the website that it was promotional product and there was nothing about receiving further pens or paying further charges.
please advise me as to how to claim my money back a a matter of urgency and advise me as to how this matter is being investigated as i see a number of other people have been affected by them.

taking money
i signed up for a free trial suppsedly paying for shipping fee only.i have been charged £57 for the silly pensx3 and also a membership of £15.92 for a fitness club that belongs to the same circus apparently.i feel so exasperated i dnt know what to do.i phoned credit card services and they have given me a phone no in us.ARE THEY ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS OUTRAGEOUSE SCAMMING...

money taken from account
I started the trial period for the advertised teeth whitening process by alphawhite which also incorporated the whitesmile pen as part of the trial. I cancelled the trial before the trial date and I returned the product to the address quoted on the product. I now have had three amounts of $95.75, $99.40 and $94.73 taken from my mastercard. How to I retrieve this money, and how do I stop them from doing it again. On the websupportcenter.com site, which is the only way I can access them, it shows that my trial was cancelled.

Stop debiting my account
Please I white to stop your company from withdrawing money from my account without my authorisation. You advertised your ad and was cost only $2 dollars and cents and now you took more from my account which is illegal.
Please stop it and put my money back of $98.03 which you withdrew from my account.
