I resonded to a "free" trial offer for your product on-line. Today I received more product and was informed I was enroled in a continuing program and being charged $88.97. PLEASE refund my $88.97 plus the shipping, as I NEVER agreed to a continuing program. Also, when I called your customer service I spoke with a gentleman who said his name was Jason S. This person has has NO business being in customer support. He was rude, Spoke down to me and perhaps worst of all, whenever I spoke, he immediately would try to speak over me. I'm a very easy going person and had no additude when I called making Jason's behavior that much more inapporiate. He should absolutely be repremanded for his behavior. Please email me regarding my refund and cancelation ASAP.

Please note that you were charged $88.97 because you did not cancel your subscription within the allowed 15 day trial period, as stated in our terms and conditions. As is explained on our web page from which you initially ordered the product (www.WhiteningBrites.com/order.aspx), you have 15 days from the date you sign up for your membership to determine whether or not you wish to remain a subscriber to our monthly Value Auto-Ship program. Had you canceled your account during this time period, you would not have received any further charges or shipments. However, since you had allowed your account to remain active and lapse beyond your trial period, you were sent your first installment of our continuity program, as described in our terms. In an effort to ensure that our customers understand the exact nature of the trial membership program, we have listed these terms twice on our order page, and require that you check a box stating that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. This agreement is necessary for the system to even be able to process your order. Please note that your account is now in a state of cancellation, which means you will not receive any future charges or shipments of the product. Respectfully, Charlie Griffin
