CON ARTISTS!
1) Communication issues run rampant @ this company!
2) We told them we were going to wait to install the granite for a few weeks because we didn't have a sink for the upstairs bathroom yet. They informed us that they could install the granite and come back to drill the holes at a later date for no extra charge.
>>When they came out to do the install, the workers had to go back to the shop to get the vanities because someone told them we didn't have the sink, so not to install them!
3) They gave us the wrong kitchen sink because they "accidentally" forgot to check the box!!
4) When they came out to template the sinks, they got glue all over the carpet. When told they were dripping glue, he stated, "it's ok, it'll come right up."
5) Since they gave us the wrong sink, we made an agreement that of our $1662 balance, we'd pay them $1600 and then use the $62 towards a plumber that they sent out.
6) Because we were negotiating the wrong sink issue, they told their workers to stop all work. They proceeded to call and yell at the workers for not being done 20 minutes after telling them to continue work.
7) When the plumber came out, was gone within 5 minutes, and said that he wasn't going to charge the company because he was just doing it as a friendly favor to one of the women that works there.
>>Then, they tried to make us pay for a plumber that didn't even charge the company!!!
Don't trust them!!!

Unprofessional/Unethical Behavior
Improperly left epoxy residue on tile floors and walls. Company would not replace tiles with epoxy residue. Damaged new cabinets, bath tub and left epoxy on tub and walls. Illegally installed radiant floor heating system. Left hot exposed electrical wiring outside of wall and not informing of risk to family. Unprofessional installation of tile. At beginning of job workers didn't place protectant floor covering over carpet and didn't protect cabinets from damage. Work was not completed according to contract. Company tired to install granite that was not selected. Installer lied saying the granite matched the other pieces of granite. Installer, also, lied when asked why two pieces of granite to be installed as back splashes were cut into two small pieces by stating here was no more granite. A week later company called saying they have found the missing slab of granite. Company didn't make good on complaints, completing work and filed a bogus lein against our home. Company has not responded to letters sent by our attorney. Only means of restitution looks like will be through civil action, which, will be costly.

Failed to pick up/ deliver paid for merchandise, unable to get refund of payment. Employees uncooperative, evasive and untruthful. Will require court action to resolve.
