have never received book and plaque that was ordered back in april, 2009, check number 1296. we were assigned id number 167798980319, password 14092

My daughter, age 12, was nominated for the Academic Award through Who's Who and her biography was accepted the yr of 2008-09 and 09-2010. I have only one complaint about the first yr, . I paid for her picture to be included with her bio and it was NOT, I called and they said since she was accepted this yr (09-10) to just pay for the registry book and not the picture and they will include her pic it this yr. I got her book last yr so decided to go ahead and order this years so I can have it with her picture in it. My complaint for this yr is I HAVEN"T received the book this time! I can't contact Who's Who because I lost her envelope with her ID number on it and their phone number. By this time last yr, I had already recieved her Book of Registry. Anyone know what's going on?????

My child received a letter for his academic biography to be published in Who's Who Registry and my order was placed and billed to my credit card over one year ago and we have not received the order as of today 5/24/10. At this time I am unable to reach the registry to retain my order or a refund on the order. Any information on how to get the order we placed or a refund would be much appreciated.

I sent a money order to "Who's Who Registry of Academic Excellence" in May2009 for a book, a plaque and a leatherette I ordered in the amount of $145. I never recieved any of these!! I did call on July 10, 2009 at 9:45am to check on this order as I hadn't recieved it yet and spoke with "Carol" in Public Relations there. She told me to expect the order to be shipped in early January 2010, but no later than March. Well now that it is April, I called back to check on this order and have left at least four messages and no one has returned my call. I would like the merchandise ordered or my money back! Now I go to check via the website and it says "Due to the current economic conditions that persist today, AWWA has ceased operations. We are working to fulfill all outstanding orders at this time. Please check our website periodically for further updates." I am very concerned that I will not recieve my money or my merchandise, this is very wrong!
