Horrible Service
My husband, roomate and daughters went to a KFC/ Taco Bell on my lunch break. We ordered a big meal consisting of a stuffed burrito, 2 chicken quesidillas, 2 cheese wraps, 2 cinnamon twist, an order of nachos, and at least 4 soft tacos. The stuffed burrito was burnt and torn all over the place when I opened it up. The two chicken quesidillas should have just been called quesadillas because there was barely any chicken on them. The cheese wraps were hard. The soft tacos were not soft and the only thing that came out right out of this over 20.00 order was the cinnamon twist. (I think they came out right because my girls ate them so fast because they could barely bite into their cheese wraps.) The worse part of the meal was the nachos. They were so bitter and nasty I literally threw up after trying a bite. They must not have changed their grease in months. So I got to work and called the manager on duty and she said she would put our receipt on the board so when we came back we could get a new order. Well, I didn't really want to go back but about 3 weeks later we decided we would give them another chance. I wanted to call because it had been so long, that way we would not have to wait forever during my lunch break for them to find the receipt. When I called a teenage girl answered the phone and stated that she was the manager. So I proceeded to tell her about the incident and then she told me there was nothing she could do for me. I then asked for the coach's number to let the coach know what was going on and she told me that she could not give out that information. ( What Taco Bell does not have the coach's number on the receipt?) So I said fine. I asked for her name and she gave a bogus name, because I heard in the background "Don't you be using my name!" Then she gave me the number on the back of the receipt to rate the restaurant. My husband showed up to take me out to lunch and he still wanted to go there. When we showed up the girl was rude again until the actual manager showed up and he gave us the order and found the receipt. I just want to let people know that if your order is wrong, don't go through what I went through, just don't ever go back. It is worthless.
