repair ripoff
My son is on a rent to own lease with this company the agreement is 50% parts and 50% labor had it in 3 times in 6 months now there mechanic if thats what he is, says they cant do electrical after the 3rd visit and $400.00 in repair cost my son has not been able to drive this car for over a month now they had it for 2 weeks and the owner whoever this guy is would not wave 1 months payment on a viehicle the kid cant even drive, he has never been late with a payment, we were told that we could work out payments on the repair so that was ok, but they cant honor thier contract of 50% for repairs on electrical problems for some incompitent reason, when we went to pick up the car the woman who handles the money was very rude and wanted all the repair money we said we could do 50.00 payment she rudley said "its only 175.00"!! so my wife didnt argue and just paid the whole balace, got the vehicle home and it wont start again, told them that I would take it to the dealer to have it looked at but I should not have to do that its only because of wholesale autos incompitence in fixing the viehicle they cant even honor thier own repair policy this is my sons first vehicle and wholesale auto has made it very discouraging for him he works hard and then gets ripped off by bad customer service this post will remain here till I am satisfied with reinburments of payments made while not driven, first they say well your renting the viehicle then they say we cant fix it you do it, this is typical Boise Idaho half standard business.
