I knew we could not be the only ones that had been ripped off by this company.
We were offered this deal for the 2006-2007 edition of their book to have our son included in that edition. We ask the teachers at his school and they verified that it was a real company, and a true honor to be chosen for this publication.
So we submitted it and received the bokk in early 2007, seemed like a honest company.
Around November 2008 we received another letter saying that our son had been chosen to be published in the 2008-2009 edition.
So we mailed the a check for $75 and began the wait for the book to arrive. But this never happened!
We called but only got message machines and were not given the option of speaking to anyone. Then after many attempts a live person was finally reached, we ask when we were ever going to receive the book that we had already paid for, and she stated that it had already been sent, we informed her that we had never received the book. She said it would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. But I guess she must have lied because we have never received the book, and now they have disconnected thei phone. And their so callled web site just says that they have ceased their operation.
But what about all of us, the trusting citizens who have been ripped off by this company, who do we turn to to try and at least get back the money that this company has stolen from us.
