Wi Fi Orange offers internet access in various hotels in Europe, however, when a connection is not concluded and your connection is lost, you may have to do the entire procedure again, at this point is the dangerously of the situation, every time you fill out the form in their web pages, they charge your credit card, eventhough you do not use the services, as in my case. Nevertheless, they just ignore you when you request a refund, worse yet if you are a tourist and do not live in France. I am requesting a refund for three charges to my credit card, and they JUST IGNORE, my advice, DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WI FI ORANGE IN EUROPE.
