I ordered the tea, but it never arrived. The Live Chat operators were helpful & after a second attempt at processing the order I cancelled. Neither parcels arrived. THe operators cancelled the order & informed that I would be fully refnd for al costs. I asked if I had to do anything else & was told NO. However I have been susequently charged by their Web access & Membership departments. When I contact the opeators again, they said I should have contacted them separately. When I explained the situation that I had never received the tea & had been advised by one of their chosen operators that I did not need to do anthing else to cancel the order, they seemed uninterested. They did give my phone numbers & web addresses to contact. I did read the terms & condition & cancellation information, that is why I speciically asked if I needed to contact anyone else.
I suspect there is little that can be done, however if people are aware they may end up paying for services they don't received then that is a bonus.

I ordered diet tea on the free trial bases. I sent back the whole box minus 1 tea bag. I sent message not to send any other product. The tea made me sick. They have billed my ( my husband's credit card..John Witzel) I want the charges taken off that account. It is causing much aggravation between my husband and me. How do I get the billing to stop and quit charging my account? I need a phone number to call so that I may talk to a human and stop this billing. Yes, I had purchased the WI Tea product, but then I conceled it in the 60 day period of time-July 4th, 2008. I canceled it over the computer, because that is the way I purchased it. They gave me a cancelation # and everything. This is my ID #3557341 . So waiting for my next Visa bill around a month later; for the credit subtraction, andit was not there. So I then called the company, & she said "OH, You Have To Return The Un-Used Tea." I had no idea, no one said anything about that whan I canceled it over the computer on the on line chat part. So getting the package prepared exactly how she said, I went to the P.O. 08-26.2008 and mailed it out reguler mail, I did not have the extra money for UPS. Now the customer service of WI Tea is saying that I have to have a confirmation I.D.# to track that the package has been sent. I would have no way of having an ID #, it was not sent UPS. But I told her Over & over "I Have The Origional Customer Receipt", then she said to contact you, & you could help me get me refund back, they could do nothing.Please, Cam You Help Me. Jodee McVey
