I purchased this tea's "free trial offer". I didn't take time to fully investigate it and that's my fault. After it came I tried a bit and of course as we all know there is no miracle, just hard work, involved in losing weight. I returned the tea for credit (I had to pay postage) and asked for a refund. The next month, no refund. I contacted them and was told that it would come within a week or two. It finally was posted to my credit card account but then I was charged 3 misc. charges for "web access" and subscription fees. When I querried these amounts I was told that by purchasing the tea I had automatically agreed to their ediet service which came with these additional charges. It took me 2 further months to finally stop the charges to my card. The only alternative was to cancel the card altogether and I use it for 2 monthly charity payments that I didn't want to disturb. Long story short, I'm out just shy of $100 over my stupidity in believing in miracles. Beware.

My mane is kerree vianello from Auckland n.z. and exactly the same thing is happening to me as the complaint before. I emailed and asked for my money back, returned the tea and are still being charged for it every month and have not had my refund for anything, back. I have contacted my bank as well.

I ordered a "Trail Offer" of WI-YU Weight Loss Tea for $6.95. I received that order but did not like the product so did not plan to order more. When checking my bank account a month later, I found that they had charged me $19.95 under the company name of IW Lean Living. I contacted them by email telling them that I had not authorized an auto ship and received email back telling me to return the second order and they would cancel. I never got the order. Yesterday they again charged my account with $19.95 under IW Lean Living. I again contacted them and receved email back giving me the 800# to call to cancel saying that the charge was made by their "affiliate IW Lean Living". If WI-YU is not sending me yea, what am I paying IW Lean Living for??? They are sending me NOTHING!!
I contacted my bank and filed a protest and they are going to investigate. I will call the 800# tomorrow also but from looking at the other postings, I doubt that I will be able to talk to anyone. Is there nothing that can be done to prevent them, from continuing to charge. I am hoping that by canceling my card and getting a new one the problem will be solved for me.
