I signed for a FREE TRIAL of WiYU Tea and retured it when I discovered the cost of the Free Trial. I cancelled and expected a refund instead I find you have taken out another payment from my credit card. I want it all refunded asap or I will have to go through the Concumer Affairs channel to retrieve my money. You are never to take anything from this account again Lorna Cleaver

i thought i was getting a free trial on wi yu tea then to find they had taken 13 pound out my bank then 1 pound overseas transaction then a month later they have taken 39 pound again with no authority is there anyway to get my money back please

I was offered a trial for tea that had supposedly been proven in weight loss. I received an email for the trial offer. I called them and asked specifically if I ordered the tea what the charge would be. I was told the tea would ship free but I would have to pay a shipping charge of $2.95. When I received my credit card bill $4.95 was charged to the account.

I received the trial tea. However, I have only tried it for a week. I was told that no further charges to my credit card would be issued until I decided I like the tea. Less than two weeks, the company charged my credit card that I used to pay for the shipping charges. The charge was almost $60.00.

I called today to instruct them to take off the charge, and was told that they could not take it off since that is the amount charged for the tea they have sent to me for the trial period.

PURE AND SIMPLE THIS IS FRAUD TO MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO MAKE ANY FURTHER CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT. I AM TURNING THEM OVER TO THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT FOR DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES.

I am not sure what the company name is. I found it under another website that I visited. I was just looking at their products. Next thing I know, I am getting a phone call from them wanting me to purchase their product on the phone. I told them I do not give me card number on the phone, and they said that was the only way they do business, to which I said I do not want to do business with their company. A few days later, they called again and bugged me to buy from them on the phone, I said no and hung up. For the next week to week and a half, they called daily. Most of the time, I just hung up on them, but the last time they called, I told them this was bordering on harrasment and that I was going to report them. The next time I checked my account, they had taken $59.90. I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!! I have reported them to the FTC, and I will contact the BBB. Meantime, HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK??? I have no idea what the company name is or the telephone number.
