I was promised a custom wig which I prepaid over $400 for. The wig that was handed to me was a cheap pixie style wig precut in old fashioned layers. The color was not the color I ordered. The owners have just ignored my complaints, saying it can't be returned because of State law! The owner is a liar who told Better Business Bureau that she "styled and cut the wig". I now warn others as I was warned before I went there - stupid me! I also took the wig to Abstrax for a 2nd opinion and they said "get your money back - it may even have been pre-worn". The owner, also in her letter to Better Business insulted me by saying I was a nut! This wasnt necessary but it has invigorated an effort in me to help others from being ripped off.
