Bad Altitude
I use my Wilco store everyday. I purchase gas and other items. Yesterday, I was purchasing $46 gas and some other items. There was a customer’s service representative by the name of Robbie there. I wrote a check like I normally do. Robbie told me my check was decline. I told Robbie I write checks to this store almost everyday and that I just wrote one yesterday and it clear. I asked her to please run my check again. Robbie had an altitude. She behaved as if she knew my check was bad. She ran my check again so she said and she said it was decline again. I was wondering if she was doing something wrong maybe putting in the numbers wrong. So, I asked her if she was putting in the numbers wrong and she screamed and said she was not. The manager was standing right behind her while she behave in such an unappreciated manner. So, I kindly asked the manager if he would check to see if she was running the check correctly, he seem a little lost put I could tell he was a nice .Unfortunately, he did not know what to do. The young lady Robbie was telling him what to do. She screamed and said she has been with the company 4 years and she knows what she is doing. The manager agreed. I told Robbie to keep my items I purchase at the cash register while I ran to the bank. I went to the bank and I had more than enough money in my account to pay for the items. I came back to the store and got my gas and other items. I paid in cash. The young lady (Robbie) seems to be even ruder and I explain to her how I work in customer service and this is not the way to treat customers. I stop to this Wilco daily and the other young ladies are always so helpful. But this young woman was the worse ever. Not to mention I write checks here all the time. I even showed her a voided check I wrote the day before. This store address is Highway 501 Business Store# 930. I work in customer’s service and this is not the way a regular customer should be treated.
