Was told that I was ordering High Speed Internet from a satellite dish.My high speed has a 42 kbs download.This is not high speed!To troubleshoot they have you run test that says the system will do 435kbs but that is wrong!!
System only gets 42kbs on any download that would be normal downloads, as in Newspaper or software or games or to pay bills or read e-mail.This is the worst internet connection I have ever had.
