I used to be an avid reader of the travel journal Wild on the Fly. Then they went under. A couple years later I saw they were back in business so I signed up for a new subscription (even though I never got all the publications the first time) and ordered two additional back issues. They charged my credit card $80 last Feb and never sent anything.
There's no phone number for the magazine, so I emailed them. No response. I decided to call the Wild on the Fly travel service. They appear to still be in business because I was on their email list. The guy on the phone was nice. They took my information down and said the owner "Joe?" was changing the magazine, but someone would follow up. I never got a call back. I really should have reversed the charges on my credit card. I've since unsubscribed from their emails because it just pisses me off.
I've noticed they have two web sites now, one for Wildonthefly.com and the new one Wildonthefly.net. I bet they're running from their creditors.
Warning to other fly fisherman...don't trust these guys, the publication or the travel services. Total frauds. My recommendation...use The Fly Shop out of Redding CA to book fly fishing travel. I've used them a couple times (Patagonia, Russia, etc) and they are a class act.
