This is the email I sent to them after having to upgrade 3 TIMES: I have exceeded my bandwith this many times with a family of 6 that does NOT D/L movies or music

I am writing to you as a last ditched attempt of decent customer service before I file my complaint with the BBB, to which I know you have a NR rating because of a bad track record. I will also file with the Consumer reports as well if this goes unresolved.
My issue started in Feb 2009 when I began my service with Wild blue. I spoke to a rep on the phone to determine the best service for my Internet needs, explaining the amount of people in my home and the amount of web surfing we do, to ensure that I receive the best package for our family. He recommended the basic package 7500MB D/L and 2300MB U/L and he stated that that would be all we would ever need based on the information. By April or May we had exceed our bandwidth usage and were slowed down. I called customer service to see about the next higher package, and was upgraded to that package at the higher amount of money.(go figure) that was 12000MB D/L and 3000MB U/L after another few months I exceeded my bandwidth usage yet again. I called customer service and was very disgruntled as I felt this was a bait and switch (get told you would only ever need the basic and then being forced to upgrade not once, but TWICE.) I now have the highest package available. 17000MB D/L and 5000MB U/L I was told by the rep on the phone that with this higher bandwidth I should NEVER exceed this, as this is what is recommended for people who have multiple computers and small businesses. I have 1 computer and no small business. I know that if my bandwidth had started at 0 like in the beginning that I would NEVER exceed this, However I was not. I was simply upgraded from the 7500MB to the 12000MB and then form there to the 17000MB, I was not started from the beginning as I should have been I was simply allotted an extra 5000 MB. Yet I was going to be charged the FULL monthly amount as I was when I upgraded the first time. How is it that a company can charge full price for a PARTIAL service? When I called to try to work it out I was simply told that my bandwidth NEVER starts from the beginning and the ONLY thing they WOULD do was give me a credit for 3 months, so that I am only paying the Basic package amount. When I explained how frustrated I was that I was paying such a price for so little I was given an additional credit to start in Jan where I would get free service for 3 months. I thought that would be fine however I HAVE EXCEEDED MY BANDWIDTH AGAIN. so I get 3 months for free but I also don't get the service.. so I guess I'm getting what I paid for.
I would like my bandwidth to start from the beginning as it should if I am going to be paying $79.99 for 17000MB then I have the opportunity to USE the FULL 17000MB then if I exceed that, then I am responsible for that but how can I be exceeding something I was never given in the first place?
I think this is a small request for a company of your magnitude. If this means that you have to turn my service off then on again at the higher price that should be done at no cost to me. I know if I were to cancel and then have it reinstated in a different name that I would start at 0 so you cant tell me this cant be done.
I expect my 3 months of free service for JAN, FEB, and MAR, to stay in place for my inconvenience and I want my bandwidth started over from 0 so I am able to use the FULL AMT that I am paying for.
I understand this runs on a 30 rolling period that is adjusted daily, but I know that if I was started over from 0 It would not matter as I know I would not be using the full 17000MB in ANY 30 day rolling period. Especially since I am not running multiple computers or running a small business.
I expect a resolution to this in a timely manner and will followup with the BBB and the Consumer reports on the outcome. I will also cancel my service and post blogs on every major social networking sites as in facebook, myspace and many others to which I am a member of. and I will also post this entire email and the response given in all major search engines.
I know that this will impede on your already tainted reputation. If I am satisfied with the outcome I will make sure to post that as well. It works 2 ways satisfy me and I'm a loyal customer, who will also report good reviews to the listed entities. otherwise I am looking into a competitor satellite Internet service and disputing ALL CHARGES ON MY CC SINCE FEB 2009

THE REPLY FROM THEM WAS INITIALLY BY PHONE CALL, WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ASK TO HAVE OUR CONVERSATION DETAILS PUT IN WRITING IN AN EMAIL I WAS QUESTIONED AS TO WHY I WOULD WANT SUCH A THING. THEY DID NOT HELP AT ALL, AND I GUESS THEY WERE AFRAID TO PUT ALL THE DETAILS (THE THE CAR ANAGALY HE GAVE ME) AND ALL THE OTHER RUNAROUND AND BS... THAT WOULD HAVE PROVEN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS ONE IOTA... THEN THIS IS THE PISS POOR EMAIL THEY SENT TO ME :

THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY THAT IS NOT WILLING TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ACCORDING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THEY ARE ACCREDITED BUT HAVE A NR DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE. THEY EVEN HAD THE ACCREDIATION REVOKED LAST YEAR AND BEGGED FOR IT TO BE REINSTATED WHICH IT WAS SITH STIPULATION AND NOW I WILL SEE TO IT THE BBB KNOWS ABOUT THIS
