I bought a new 2009 honda pilot touring model on Nov 6, 2008 at 6 PM. I specifed that i wanted one with black interior and exterior. I was told by the dealer we have one but it's light black not gray. I asked to see the car. I was told at the SUV is at the storage location and by the time you get your paper work fineshed It will be waiting for you. I said ok. I left my dad at Wilde Honda to finish up the paper work so i return to work and before i left i told my dad to only get one with black interior and black exterior. Once all the paper work was complete the sale rep took my dad to the new Pilot. my dad asked him that he sales rep that he had asked for a Pilot with black interior. Sale rep replied that he had already spoke to me and i agreed on the interior color. so my dad brought the car home. Once i saw the interior i was not happy because if i am paying $35000 for car i want what i asked for. Next day i called the dealear and explaned what had happend there response " you are shit out luck. thank you, and come again." This is my 6th honda in 10 years and i am 30, but this is first i have been fucked over by a honda dealership. One thing I will do is I will never buy or recommend any of family or relatives to buy a car from Wilde Honda and I am of Asian descent and we have a very large extended family.
