I recently (2 weeks) brought my Dodge Ram in for a flat tirew repair. I was told that I needed alignment, rotation and a new battery. I was told by the salesman that I was getting an Interstate battery and that it was on sale for $99. I took him on his word and everything seemed ok until today when I stopped at an auto parts store to get windshield wiper bades. They took a look under my hood to check the air filter and ask me who put that off brand cheap battery in my truck. At this time I realized that your company had told me a lie and installed the cheapest battery they could find. It was not the Interstate battery that your salesman told me I was getting and paid for. I am very displeased with Tire Kingdom. I have been doing business with you company for years and feel that I have been taken advantage of. I expect to recieve a reply letting me know how you are going to handle this situation.
