On Feb 2, 2010, my husband and I brought our Kia Sedona into the Williams Kia service department with a couple of problems. We were warmly greeted by Ken Matthews and he took care of us promptly. Ken was very kind and didn't make us feel rushed as we explained the problems we were having. He took notes as he listened and as we left he let us know when we could expect to hear from him.
Early Wednesday morning, Ken phoned us to explain what needed to be done and let us know when we could pick up our vehicle. He explained that he had ordered a part that would need to be put in later in the week and we would need to return for that.
On Friday Feb 5th, I brought the Sedona back to the service department for the needed work. Ken was gracious and called for the Williams shuttle service for me. Derald, the driver that day for the shuttle service, was very kind and prompt as well. Upon returning to Kia, Ken processed the paperwork and explained the problem had been fixed. During this process Ken was extremely nice and had a great attitude. We are very pleased with the services we received and it was all because someone had a smile on their face and was competitent in their job.
