This person goes on public websites and purchases items and then refuse to pay. On ioffer, their username is "wnijsten" and you will see that they are a zero feedback "buyer" that goes around buying things and not paying so that the sellers will have to pay listing and sales fees for something that was never paid for. Be aware that if you sell on ioffer, you probably will not receive your money.
Since sellers have lost most of their rights on online auctions, their only recourse is to post their bad experiences here. We hope this information is valuable to other sellers so that they can add these deadbeats' usernames to their blocked lists. Thank you.
