In July of 2010 I requested that a limit be put on the phone -
this did not happen ! Furthermore in October the simcard was removed from the phone and low and behold the accounts keep on coming ! I have tried to reach Vodacom by way of thr customer care lines 111 082115 etc no response just get cut off . As soon as the consultant has to come on line the phone cuts out ! BEING IN THE COMMUNICATION BUSINESS - VODACOM ARE THE WORST EXAMPLE FOUND ! The word user friendly when a complaint is due does not exsist in the Vodacom Group !
