I had placed and order and a deposit for 50% with this Company back in Oct 2010 and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks to get them in. About the middle of Dec I received a call from the salesman who had left the Company by then asking if I received word about the windows and doors I had ordered, which I had not. He went on to say that he left the Company due to their bad business practices. So I contacted the Company which itself was orderal. It took weeks to get information on my order which was late. Finally got word the windows were in, by now it is Jan. arranged a time and turns out only one window arrived from the 2 ordered. Based upon my concerns went ahead and had the one installed and waited on the other to arrive. A week later the other window arrvies and gets installed. It turns out the doors never arrived because they were never ordered so I cancelled that part of the order. The installer told me that I was due a refund which I knew that my deposit was more than the 2 windows but when I contacted the owner he denied itand said I was not due a refund. By then my frsutation was so high with this company it was not worth fighting over. Stay away from these folks - a joke of a company better customer service at the big box stores then these guys.
