He is selling Windows Product Keys at a very low cost which have turned out not to be "Genuine" as he says in his web site (windowskeymarket.com) and then don't answer emails. After I install Windows 7 and used the Product key purchased from him ($44.99). It'll work for a while, but then you get the message on you PC screen that the copy oy Windows is not genuine. So I check with Microsoft and they tell he's a crook.
