i have resently started up my own business, using my email address as a means of recieving clients and customers but also extremely important documents that without, i am hemoraging money and cannot expand my business or even find out what my scehedule is for very near future.

I have contacted windows live ID on 7 occasions SO FAR.. via internet and by phone, the call centre that was an absoloute scandal at near £2.00 per minute, and i was on hold for 14mins, then when i talked to the seemingly helpful agent whom i explained the problems to, she had no idea what to do, and she just told me the exact details that was on their website which i could and already had seen for free but helped none. i spend over 25 mins on the phone and got no help but i was given a guarentee that my emails would be accessable within 24 hours. but of course they weren't. i emailed them via a new made email address to which i made just to recieve word from them, i gave them all the evidence under the sun that i am who i say i am, but they will still not grant me access to my emails

I am still trying to obtain access to my emails, and i stand to lose alot more that just money if i cannot get access shortly.

I have noted that the website doesnt have a complaints department... i wonder why... a bunch of no nothing crooks, whom couldnt give a damn about my business or the urgency in which i need this fixed.
