in the year of 2008, i became a siding installer for sears as dba /windowtowne inc. and my record was a 10 each time so for las vegas and new jersey we did well with sears . when sears 1st opened the installs dept in las vegas i completed 5 jobs in one month for you, then at that time the supervisor had come to me and asked me can he place a non-contractor for kitchen cabinets on my paperwork so sears can pay him so i knew the supervisor doug was in a bind and i said ok but only for a few jobs because i didnt want my loose my contractor license, so i let go and i paid the man as he did the work for you, well a job went bad and i had got the penalty for that mistake was 500.00 dollars, that money the supervisor promised me he would make it up to me but i said i dont want this kitchen guy on my papers no more, i also wasnt given the money held on the jobs that were done in las vegas nor in new jersey, so before i go to court for this i was hoping you would take alook at the paperwork and settle this with me at this time, what sears had done to me was unfaithful in las vegas i did my work well and i was also pushed aside for favoritism of another crew that was not licensed in las vegas nv - my demand is the back payments and monies that are owed, plus the monies that this cabinet guy messed up a job, i tried to help sears as an installer and was not compensated in the right manner, i will wait a little longer then i will have to take it to the labor board soryy for this
