I lived in one of the units in WINDSOR MANOR APARTMENTS last year. Their repair service is terrible. whenever the water is leaking or toilet is clogged, it will take them 4 days to fix it. There are roaches in my and all our neighbor's units as far as I know. Swimming pool water is always dirty so it was closed most of the time.
The worst part is when you move out, the management will have you paint all of the walls with Frazee Paints and never give you a full deposit refund because they will say the apartment is not clean enough. This happened to all of my fiends lived there and my neighbors. When i moved out, i followed all of their rules, and paid $100 for professional carpet cleaner to Steam Clean my carpet, paid $60 for Frazee Paint and painted it myself, then hired an lady to clean everything else, including the cabinet, stove, fridge and so forth. Everything looks like new. After they inspected my apartment and accepted my keys, they told me they will mail out the check to me withing 30 days.
The 26th days after i moved out i received the check which is $145 short. I called them and ask why. They said the apartment is not clean enough, and they have to hire a cleaning company to clean it. I asked for the name and a copy of the receipt from the cleaning company. They said they don't know and had my phone number wrote down and said their manager will call me and give me an answer. And nobody called me later, even though i went back to their office twice and asked for it.
This is the most terrible apartment i have even been living in, even though the outside of the apartment building looks ok, because it is pretty new. Thank GOD! I moved out already and only has $145 short.
