This company took over 1500 dollars from our family to refinance our home. We were in contact with Jeff Brooks and all of a sudden didn't hear from him anymore. We were in the middle of figuring out if we could refinance and he stated that if he couldn't get us refied that we would recieve a full refund of our money. When I went to get ahold of him or the business, the phone numbers didn't work, no emails worked, nothing worked. They ran off with our money, financial information, and on top of it, we ended up loosing our house due to them. Our previous mortgage company was willing to work with us as we thought we were doing the right thing when contacting this company. As it started getting closer to our due date on getting the info back from them, we never heard from them. Thats when I tried to contact them through anyway possible, and got nothing. I have to learn on the internet that possibly they went out of business and they took our money and financial information. I am willing to take legal action. If anyone knows of anything or can help me please let me know. This company totally ruined our lives as we would still be living in our home if it wasn't for Jeff Brooks and Windsor National Consultants. We had to move in the middle of winter, before xmas, and come up with first and last rent. Our 3 yr old son was devistated when we had to move. We could have went through another company to try to refi and possibly still be there.
