OUR DNS 202.138.96.2 AND 202.138.100.103 One of the always not working .
I am using Reliance broadband connection from last few months and everyday there is a problem in the network.
Customer care is worst in the industry, rather than listening to the complaint they argue and they are very rude.
when i call them to about the problem they have standard answer saying " CABLE CUT IN YOUR AREA WE WILL RESOLVE IN NEXT 24 HOURS" and they give a complaint number which also sent by sms.
the worst part about this issue : very next day they will send me a sms saying my complaint is solved.
this is become a every day problem, now from few days when i log in the server will be very very slow and it says no connectivity, as soon as i call the customer care they will send me a complain number and within 2 to 3 minutes i will be able to access the net.
please investigate about reliance broadband services they also harass for bill payment from 15th of every month atleast 1 call everyday.
Naam bade aur darshan khote Reliance is big name and they are not giving the service for what they charge every month.
