I am extremely upset. I purchased tickets to the Bears vs Eagles game online through Windy City Roadtrips and I never got my tickets. I purchased the tickets in July and was told I would receive them in October. When I did not receive them in October I was told by Jeff that I would receive them in November. As the game grew closer he said he would FedEx them to me overnight... that NEVER happened. I had purchased those tickets for my parents (this would have been my mother's first Bears game). They were very excited and made plans to attend the game. After all that time they were disappointed when they never got the tickets I had promised them as a gift. I can't believe someone would take my money and never send me the tickets. He could at least had told me he didn't have them so I could have purchased real tickets for them. Instead I am out my money and my parents sat home and watched the game on TV. I will NEVER use Windy City Roadtrips again and I believe they were purchased through turbo tickets so please be aware of who you buy your tickets through. Next time I'll be going through StubHub.
