I ordered the GOld and Silver Tower (chocolate) gift basket for an elderly lady friend. Wine Country never sent it. I got online and had a live chat with their rep who said they were back ordered and not to worry - that the basket would arrive on time for Xmas. 3 days later still no notice of shipment. I sent them an email which was never responded to. FInally I called them They told me I ordered the Spa Essestials basket and not the Gold and SIlver Tower. I argued with them and finally sent them a copy of their own email confirming what I ordered. Finally they admitted they were out of the chocolate baskets and were substituting the Spa Essentials. I told them they had no authority to do that and they should have admitted to me early on that they were oversold and I could have sent something else FROM SOMEONE else. I will never do business with them again. I was a customer for many years but no more. THere are too many others who want the business. I won't give any more money to someone who decides to substitute without the customers approval. This lady is over 80 that I am sending to. She has no use for Spa Essentials. She just lost her spouse and I wanted her to have something good to eat. What a mistake I made. Never again.!!!
