Great service - don't understand other complaints

I was concerned about buying from this company based on some of the complaints on this site. I did go ahead and buy anyway. I had not received an e-mail confirming that the items was shipped about four days after the purchase although I had received a confirmation of the transaction almost immediately. I thought I'd wait for at least a week before inquiring. The next day the package arrived in perfect condition. I say 'buy from Winestuff without worry'

Poor quality products!

You'll are gonna love this one! My son and his wife purchase a corkscrew set from Winestuff on Dec. 15, 2006... YES 2006. After numerous phone calls to the company trying to explain that the gift was never received. The company said it was shipped, charged my son's CC, and never followed through on providing a tracking number. We finally gave up. Today, Jan 11, 2008... YES 2008. I receive a package in the mail from Winestuff. Not only did they fail to deliver for Christmas 2006, but missed 2007 as well!!! The Corkscrew set is boxed w/drawer. It was received dusty, dirty, the wood panel above the drawer was loose and hanging, the drawer does not align correctly on the bottom, even the contents inside are dusty and dirty! EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY! Especially for the price!

I tracked the package through UPS, and sure enough, the item was not shipped until Jan. 8, 2008. This will be returned and I am requesting a full refund, including S&H charges. BTW... they stapled a coupon to the top of the invoice giving me a whopping 10% discount on my next order!
