No Shipment
RIP OFF!!! I placed an order on the 18th of Dec. 2010, in plenty of time for Xmas. Here it is Jan22nd 2011 and I just got an email that my item was ready to ship. When I called to see what was going on, I was told it was my fault for not reading the fine print or for not being telepathic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Vat19.com sells all the same products and will not lie to you in the process.

HORRIBLE customer service! I really wish I would have researched the company prior to buying from them. I was one digit off on my shipping address, and as soon as I realized this I called UPS and Winestuff. Winestuff refused to change my address for free, and UPS wouldn't change the shipping address because I was not the Sender. Winestuff charged me an additional $11 to change the shipping address when all they had to do was take 3 minutes to call UPS and confirm. When I told the customer service woman that I thought an $11 charge to change the address 1 digit was absurd, her response was "Well it wasn't my fault!". JERKS!

They are a SCAM
Dont be mislead by the fact they have low prices. The reason thier prices are so low is because the owner Andreas is a scam artest. First of all he makes his employees pay for their own toilet paper and garbage bags. Second, if you try and return something you WILL NOT get your money back. The owner keeps a stack of refunds on his desk and never gives any money back. IF you call and are told the accounting dept is closed be aware because there is no accouting dept. He never plans on giving you a refund. Just call your credit card company and get your money back that way.
Some other scams to be aware of:
William does not exist - its the owners secret name to get you off the phone
I saw the inner workings of this company on a daily basis and would recommend you stay away.

Shipment Took Forever
I placed an order via telephone for a couple of wine keys. At the time of ordering I was told they were in stock and would ship within 24 hours. After giving it 5 days I finally called and was told the warehouse was "backed up" and they would ship "hopefully" in a day or two. After calling in 2 days my order finally shipped. I would never order from them again and dont recomment it.

Shipping
I wish I had researched this company before I placed my order. I would have never ordered from them. I was lied to about the product being in stock. The order had to be drop shipped from the manufacturer and did not ship out for over a week, then it shipped from California to Ohio which took another week. Their shipping info indicates 2-3 days shipping at the most. I will NEVER buy from this company again. What upsets me the most is that after numerous calls and e mails, I was lied to by several diffrent people regarding tracking and shipping. I would not be as upset if I had been told the truth about the drop ship and the shipping from the beginning.

No delivery/credit card charged
Highly unethical business practices; complete lack of customer service
-They state they ship within 1 business day; over 1 week later no product shipped
-Sent an email with tracking numbers; but no product has been shipped. No mention in the email that the product has been delayed or back ordered.
-Credit card was charged but again without any product being shipped
When you call there is no explanation of why they charge your card when no product has shipped. They do not apologize or try to make it up in any other way. They cannot tell you when your product will ship.
Avoid these guys and spend your money elsewhere.

Failure to deliver product
Do not order from this site!!! I wish I would have seen this website prior to making my purchase. I bought the wine opener and the first time I tried to use it, it would not open. I have sent it back under the warranty with the approved claim # they assigned but after 3 emails and calls (and over 1 month) I have not had a response. Now they have my money and the defective opener. If anyone can read my email address and knows where I can file a complaint with the FCC or related government board, please let me know!

Never received merchandise!
I ordered a wine decanter and glasses from Winestuff.com was charged same day, issued a UPS tracking number, and promised delivery in a week. Three weeks later I have not received any merchandise. I called UPS and the items were never sent. I have tried numerous times to contact the company both by phone and email. The phone line message says that the line is no longer available and can't get an email response from them. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

No shipment - poor service
Hi,
Like other reviews, I too ordered something from Winestuff.com in mid-December. My credit card was charged immediately but my order was never shipped out. I was told that I would get an email with my tracking number.
I waited a week or so and called them back. The woman who I initially placed my order with told me it had shipped out. I asked to have the tracking number sent. She said they didn't have it from the post office yet. She said she would email it once they got it.
A week later, I called back and they said it hadn't shipped yet! This is over 3 weeks after I ordered the product - past Christmas and New Year - and they lied to me the previous week!! They said it would ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.
I called them to confirm that it shipped - but I have my doubts. They keep promising and NOT delivering. Plus, they are pretty clip and arrogant about it too! They are not apologetic in the least for not having given you any service for the money you've already spent!
I can tell you there is something very wrong with company and I will never shop with them again. And, I will do all I can to make sure that others don't fall into their scammy games.

Items missing - no response
Winestuff did not ship a complete order in mid-December 2006 (the missing items show on UPS tracking as unshipped). Nearly a month later Winestuff has not answered any e-mail or phone call. No follow up. I strongly recommend to avoid Winestuff.
