My husband and I went on vacation leaving our car at Winner Airport Valet where they drive you to the airport in your car; hold your car for the week; then pick you up after your flight arrives.

The driver took a good 40 minutes to arrive to pick us up so we stood for a awhile with our luggage waiting. It was snowing. Fine. But the next day I notice that the cap on the back wiper blade was broken exposing it to rusting and corrosion. So I call Winner and talked with the owner. I told him I figured it was broken when the driver attempted to bat off the snow. He basically told me that I was a liar, like many of the other people who use his facility because we are trying to get them to pay for things that were damaged when we dropped off the car. He says this happens all the time there.

This company gets excellent reviews on a site that basically won't allow any complaint. My advice: don't use Winner Airport Valet.
