Now, it's worth mentioning we never dealt with Winona Foods direct but all of our beverage product inventory came from their plant. We were using a middle-man company called MARKET BEVERAGE GROUP. It was only after our delivery we discovered WINONA FOODS because a receipt was lodged into one of the pallets. Beware of both:
The issue is one of grandeur, something that shouldn't slide and be disregarded. Our energy shots were packaged in a faulty way. The steps are to twist on the cap all the way, then shrink-wrap the label on top of that. The issue is they didn't twist the caps on all the way. As in a product with three days to consume once open wasn't twisted on from the factory and was bad before it even got delivered. Since we were dealing with a middle-man, he was responsible for dealing with them. They took close to 3 weeks to evaluate the bottles, and no report was ever given to us as to why this happened. The only thing we heard is that "this has never happened in millions of bottles" - well lucky us given it was majority of our roughly 20, 000 bottles. An offer to replace product took place, yet we wanted a full refund. Who would trust them to ever fulfill something right after that? Basically, after months of dealing with this we are accused of being wrong and they've kept the money. We just wanted our refund. Most consumers don't deal with WINONA FOODS directly, but avoid using them if you are in business or considering MARKET BEVERAGE GROUP.
