I am very dissatisfied with this school. I was considering signing up for one of their medical programs to get training for a new career. I was not sure which program would be a good fit. I called the school and they said I could come in and talk to a counselor to get information about the programs and that they would help me figure it out. I drove 1/2 hour to get there and spent over an hour in the waiting room. Finally a counselor called me in to her office. She never told me her name, she just said "so how can I help you?" I said "I am not sure which program would be a good fit for me." She said "Well what are you interested in?" I said medical. I had looked at several of the program information sheets while in the waiting room. She said "Well just look at the information sheets and make a decision." I said "well can you tell me about the programs?" She gave me a very brief overview of the programs. She told me I would need to contact the instructors to get more information. She made it seem I was wasting her time. She was abrupt and seemed like she wanted to get rid of me.

So I left, and emailed several instructors later on to ask for more info. Only one responded with detailed information. One never returned my voicemail, one never responded to my email, one emailed me and said "the next orientation is on Sept ___ and you can get all the information then" and one sent me a form letter "thank you for your interest in WPT and the next orientation is on ___".

This place is for the birds. They won't take the time to sit down with me and give me detailed information to help me make an informed decision about which program would be the best fit. I thought the counselor's job was to help potential students choose the right program??! I am fed up with these rude people who act as though I have no right to be asking questions or that I am wasting their time.

Please do not waste your time with these people. Just because the tuition is dirt cheap does not mean it is a good school. It is not worth the hassle of dealing with these idiots' behavior.
