This is a paid posting and article writing site. They hire writers to post on forums or to write articles for third parties. The problem is they don't pay their writers. They take weeks and weeks to confirm that a job is actually completed before any money is placed in your available account. Then you have to wait around for them to send out payments of available money. There are numerous people on the site who are waiting for their money. Just a word of warning there are many good paid to post sites out there but this is not one of them.
