Bad Business Practices
I went through 3 days of trying to get a phone with these scammers. They said I was approved by t mobile but I needed to call customer service to answer some security questions. The woman I was dealing with was from India or somewhere (outsourcing at it's finest) and I could hardly understand her. She proceed to ask me questions that no one would ever remember like "who did you sell a prior residence to over 15 years ago?" Are you serious..she declined me... This is bogus...and it is supposed to be to protect me from identity theft...I don't believe it. I am going to work with t mobile directly and I am going to let others on the web know of their unorthodox practices. What a waste of time!!! They are up to something..BUYER BEWARE!!!

Tricky
Remember when your mom told you growing up, "if its to good to be true, it usually is" Well, her preaching was not to just waste your time. Wirefly *** you in with the FREE $300 phones for a reason!!! HELLO, they wouldn't be as big as they are if they were losing money. Once your signed up LOOK OUT!!! Its like the mob< you cant get out unless you pay the ultimate price. If your a day late on your bill be ready for late fees in the hundreds. If you tweak your plan later on...it cost you hundreds. If you change your number, or switch phones with a family member... it cost you. So pay the extra $199 at the verizon store or whatever company your with and it wil save you around $500 in a 2 yr time. they also add extra fees to your bill. you are "with" verizon still, but your not. You will not get the same customer service, warrenties and hassle free replacements. Pay npw or pay a *** load later. mmmmmmmmm No brainer

Stealing my money
Ill make this as short as possible because lord knows I could rant forever! Here it goes..
I purchased a phone from wirefly over the phone, because for some reason they couldn’t do it online, I was transferring an existing number over from T-mobile that I had just moved from ATT to T- Mobile then my fiancé had a change of heart. After calling multiple times a day for a week a man finally told me that he would just order the phone, an HTC Aria, with a “temporary number” at which point I could take it to my local AT&T store and have them port the number over because he was to incompetent to figure it out himself. So needless to say I went along with his idea because he said it would be ok. A couple of months after having the number ported over and using the phone and all over 100 dollars was taken from my bank account without any form of warning which caused me to overdraw and I lost another 35 dollars or so. I had no idea what had happened so we called Wirefly and learned that by doing exactly what we had been previously told to do by their employee we had somehow broken our contractual agreement with them by changing the “temporary number”!! just like they told me to. I again called literally 4 times or so a day for weeks until finally landing on a manager who gave me her direct line and promised miracles. She looked into it and saw where I had been told that be the other agent, even though all the others said they didn’t see that which tells me that that company is full of liars and cheaters, anyways She eventually told me that they would file a dispute with AT&T to get their commission for the deal and that within 6-8 weeks following I would receive back the money that was rightfully mine. Of course they didn’t offer to pay me for the bank fees that they cost me or the hours and hours it took me to get here but I didn’t care anymore I was soo tired of dealing with them I just wanted my money back! I also told another manager that she had connected me with to handle my money that she was not to withdraw any more money or send me to collections until this problem was resolved completely. Now It is February and I still don’t have my money back. It has been over 9 weeks and now I’m even getting calls everyday from a collections company harassing me for money that they are not owed. I called about it today and was told that it was still in dispute waiting on an update and that they didn’t know when it would be fixed oh and did I mention that I had called and left voicemail after voicemail with the two managers that I had talked to with no return in months. Guess theyre busy ripping someone else off. I will never buy anything from wirefly again they are nothing but a scam. I have been lied to, cheated, scammed, ripped off and tossed around by this pathetic excuse for a company and I pray that this never happens to anyone else.

Cancel order without any proper reason
This Company has NO value for customer.
I order 3 Blackberry torch with AT&T, the order went through, and then they call me to pay $450 as a deposit. I did that.
Then they email me that my order has been cancelled. I call them and asked for reason for cancellation. The first agent said that my public record is not good. Who are they? How they can decide my public record, Did they have my police record?
Then her supervisor told me that I can not order more than 2 phones, again they did not mention this thing on their website and There is no this kind of rule in AT&T. Then I asked that give me two phones. They said now I have to wait for 180 days!!!. what is the logic behind that?
Then I talk with their Manager, His name is JIN and ID is 1397. He is a good guy, He explain me the things, but same stuff, Even he was not able to provide me exact reason. I asked them to provide me their 3 phone policy is written via email. They fail to do this.
Now the thing is They are making their own rule, They are just like any other ATT store, The phones are provided by ATT not them, How they can cancel order? How they can said that my public record is not good?
They do not have phones and thats why they making customer fool.
Do not deal with them, spend 100$ and buy phones from ATT, may be their phones are defective also!!!
God knows what is this company dping? but something is fishy.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS GUYS.

Downgraded my Grandfathered Contract without my authorization
On 12/7/2010 I ordered a MyTouch 4G phone from Wirefly.com with the renew contract option for current T-mobile customers and to add unlimited web access for $30. Around 10am I received a text message from T-mobile stating that my web access had been update and to check my account if I did not make the change. Well, I knew this was okay for Wirefly to do, but I thought I would check my T-mobile account online to check for the updates. I was surprised to find that Wirefly completely changed my contract instead of renewing my grandfathered contract. My grandfathered contract consisted of 600mins. with unlimited 3-day weekends (fri-sat-sun). Instead Wirefly changed my entire contract to 500min with unlimited weekends (sat-sun) without my permission or so much as a phone call asking if I approved the downgrade. So I lost 100mins and Friday as an unlimited day because of their irresponsible action.
When I saw my account I immediately called T-mobile to let them know of the problem. Right now it is temporary fixed with 600mins, but I am still missing my unlimited fridays.
I then contacted Wirefly, who told me I would have to pay $300 because I changed contact back to what it was to suppose to be renewed at. I then told him I wanted to cancel the order completely and he gave me an RAN# to return the phone when I receive it.
Hopefully, everything will be restored back to normal when I return their phone.
Wirefly could have easily fixed this issue by renewing my grandfathered contract and not putting me on the new subscriber plan, but it appears they had no interest in doing the right thing.

MIsleads the buyer
I am not one to complain or bash a company & I am a patient person, however over the course of 18 plus days this company wirefly has pressed my buttons to the point of me throwing my hands up in the air & just giving up on ever getting the phone that I have been seeking. My journey with wirefly began 20 days ago. All I wanted was a second line on my Verizon account. Wirefly had a nice cheap offer that sells a android smart phone with the retail value of $599.00 for a mere $39.99. I thought wow, great deal & started the process of making the purchase. To make a long story short, it became a nightmare. I waited & waited, during my wait I was getting emails from Verizon keeping me updated & informed of the activation # on my new phone, & the new phone #. The emails from wirefly were always the same, we are processing your order, it never changed. So I decided to call wirefly, to begin with I could barely understand the sales rep, his english was awful & it made comunication almost impossible. So I tried the on line chatting. This was a joke, I believe that I chatted with at least 10 different sales rep day after day & still got no where. I really believe that excluding taking funds from your credit card or bank, that the employees at wirefly dont have a clue to what their doing or whats going on with a consumers purchase. Looking at the big picture, I would have rather paid the full amount of the cell phone versus going through all this stress. As of today, I still have no cell phone, sure the moneys been taken out of my account, but still no phone. Beware of the company, even Verizon didnt have anything positive to say about them & thats pretty bad.

Horrible customer service
Not only is WireFly's customer service garbage, the people working there are complete morons. How hard is it to follow the instructions on THEIR order form?? They screwed up my order and gave me numbers in a different area code. They're so slow to respond and the phone wait is so lengthy that I had to call the carrier to get it fixed.
WireFly then informs me that if you speak with the carrier and change 'anything' that you're liable for the phone cost. Their website only stated "if, during the 181 days after your new equipment is activated, your wireless carrier notifies us that the services you purchased have been suspended, disconnected, or deactivated, or if you return your purchase outside of the return and exchange provisions of our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee." A number change does not constitute any of the above as the phone remained activated and the services are unchanged. So is WireFly lying now too? Not to mention one of the phones they sent me seemed to have a faulty back cover, I took it to a Verizon store and they seemed to be able to get it working. I've never been so unsatisfied with a company before and I recommend you use trustworthy companies such as membershipwireless.com or LetsTalk.

I HAD GREAT SERVICE
i was reading this just for fun and saw all the complaints from wirefly customers. I have used it twice. once with At&t and once with T0moble. I have had crazy amazing service. My phone is always here in 2 days. the phone has always worked great!!! I just wanted to give them an A++++. I hate that other people have had such horrible service with them. the only problem I have ever had was understanding them. They don't ever speak clear English and it takes FOREVER to get ordered a phone. i always double check my FULL order with them because of the communication difference but all together i always suggest the site to other people. just thought I would give them a positve feed back. I love them!!! GO WIREFLY..
