first of all i thought i was purchasing a phone from tmobile since i started at T-Mobile site.I called the 800# and ordered the phone paid for 1 yr ins.coverage and was to be no activation fee.My phone never did work.it was a flip.sent it back and they sent me a cliq motoblur android which costs $40 more a month.I have parkensen's and what a joke trying to dial shaking.since then i have had the other phone (family deal)stolen and they refuse to send me a new phone they say i have no ins! i sent them proof and now with all of these off the wall charges they have added i cant afford my bill.to replace that phone they also sent one that is $30 more a month! I cant seem to get anyone to help me, some are so rude i have been hung up on several times for getting upset.WEll its been since April.And it is still not straightened out.My service has been disconnected a few times(oops we are sorry)i have lost 1.5 weeks of work and that week alone was on the phone over 17 hours with tmobile and never did get anywhere accept in tears.
It is still not settled and i wished i had never signed a two year contract with them.The stress is just not worth it.I have 5 days to pay $350 that i only owe not even half of and my bill is only suppose to be $79 a month.Instead now i have to pay $150 a month!! Besides that no one in customer service knows how to deal with it.I have been in customer service 23 years and NEVER spoke to a customer as they do.
