Service very poor, unacceptable. Added surcharges to phone every month and cannot justify why they are there. Poor phone signal quality; drop calls very frequently; poor reception with voice on other end; no signals with in the designated areas. Customer service not friendly with issues. They do not follow up on complaints in a timely manner or they deny issues. They do not take ownership or responsiblity for their mistakes and makes the customer pay. Several emails and phone calls over a 6 month time and they had just egnored a customer. They do not treat each customer fairly.
Poor phone service with 3 different phones from at&t do not work well. Poor customer service. Poor overall satisfaction. Nothing has been resolved and they have no interest in resolving anything when i call or email.
