Refund
I received a charge on a credit card I don't use. I have called several times almost everytime being hung up on. Been promised a refund because NONE of my information can be found in the system. Two weeks ago I was promised a refund within 4-5 days. No credit has been issued so I call today and all of the sudden my information is in the sytems and you are saying that I received a confirmation call after ordering. Well that's a load of crap. For starters my computer was not working when the purchase was made. Second the only two people in the home are myself and my 9 year old son. So there was no call placed to my home to confirm a sale. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!

personal antivirus software
i order personal antivirus they take 79.90 out if my bank acc i call because i cant down load it dont work so i call this number180047662570 so he just referred me to a differ number no help i order it on line it was 29.99 but they take 79.90 out if my bank account i email them but they want my account number so no way i would like my money back i have the transaction and the e mails showing all this

Bogus product and company
Out of the blue my computer showed several viruses and the only way to get rid of them was to purchase the Witabett antivirus software. I was charged $89.95. After this so called cure and transaction the software disappeared from my computer. There is no website to access for a refund. My computer directs me to Google showing a similar site called witabtt.
When my screen showed the viruses I thought it was suspicious but couldn't access my Norton, nor did Norton show anything harmful. I couldn't do anything except download the Witabett. I'm a casual user, obviously another victim.

Virus Software
Got warning about virus on computer, went online to witabett as advertised and suposedly purchased anti-virus software and ended up with no product all types of virus's in my lap.

Scam
I too was scammed by Witabett saying I had a virus on my computer and I couldn't get rid of it unless I purchased this antivirus remover. I purchased it for 49.00. My total charge was 51.45. I was billed twice! I used it once and then the service dissappeared. I tried to call the number provided on my credit card bill and when I got to be caller number one, the phone hung up. I am in the process of contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. Everyone beware!

anti virus software
My son purchased anti virus software on13/09/09 for £44.42 because he kept getting virus & trojan warnings. It dissapeared from his computer on17/09/09 the day after the money was taken from his account. He has been unable to contact them as the telephone no & e-mail address given are unobtainable. He would like a refund please as he now realises it was a scam. Can anyone help. thanks.

i purchaced this antivirus 6/22/2009 and every since i paid it has not work i still have a virus i really want my money back u have taked 73 dollars and the you took 20 dollars again

Never received antivirus software
A screen popped up on my computer telling me that my computer was infected with a virus which needed to be taken care of immediately. The screen appeared to be from Microsoft and seemed real. I was offered antivirus software. After purchasing it and giving my credit card number, the screen disappeared and there was no way to download the software. It was obviously a scam. I have never been scammed and do not fall easily, but this really looked like my computer was warning me of a viral attack. Since I have Windows Vista, I thought it was real. I want this transaction reversed on my credit card account or I am filing a complaint. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company.

antivirus disappear
I had the virus on my computer without activation. All the time I would get a antivirus that I had on my computer and it was giving me problems on my P.C.. So I finally paid $59.99 for the software on Sept. 8, 09 today I notice that it had disappeared from my computer today is Sept. 10, 09. I am going to call customer service.
