I was on a site, (Mate1.com), and I was contacted by someone whom I thought was simply a member of that site, ( I later figured out that she was a model for a webcam.com site!), and she said she wished to chat w/me and would I like to chat w/her while she uses her webcam. She guided me through alot of attempts to get her webcam visable to me and we ended up on a site called "webcams.com". She said I needed to give my credit card info to that site so I could join it to see her on her cam, and she said that my C.C. info was just to validate my age and that no charges would be put on my credit card! She even sent me an email that was an invitation to join her on tht site. Her email address that she gave me was, [email protected]. She kept telling me that I wouldn't be charged anything because her credit would cover it. WhenI finally made it onto the webcam.com site, she kept asking me to tell her when I got to the second or third page. Then when I saw other models on webcams, she told me to chat with one of them while she got her cam ready! This was all a scam. As soon as she thought I'd coresponded with one of the models, I didn't hear from her anymore! She knoew I had done enough to have my card charged twice, once for $29.99 and again for $39.99 or so. The charges were from Epoch.com and fling.com on the other sites behalfs. the member I.D. I was given was 1375519288 @ epoch.com I spoke with my bank already and I'd like you to please cancel any and all charges to my card. Thank You, W.MichaelWhite [email protected]
